2. Selecting channels

On this page, we define in which channel we are sending the Zelo to the defined audience. There are two ways of making this choice:

Option 1: Let Zelo decide

This option calculates the channel for each individual recipient based on the following criteria:

  • The recipient’s own setting
  • The account’s default setting
  • Email if the two first options are not available

This means that recipients that have their own preferences will get the Zelo sent there, and the others will get the Zelo in the organization default channel.

Option 2: Select channel manually

This option directs the Zelo to be sent via the chosen channel to all recipients.

If a recipient is not compatible with this channel, the recipient’s preferred channel will be used.
