Organization settings relate to the name, preferred channel, amongst others for your specific account.
Organization settings controls a variety of settings related to your organization, and is both useful for displaying correct information, but also to ensure that the communication from Zelo reaches the preferred channel (medium) of choice. The page can be accessed by either clicking the user icon in right top corner -> Organizations, or through the profile page -> My Organization
Below we'll cover the various settings available on this page.
The name of your company, department, or project. The name is displayed in different dashboards, the Zelo Overview page, etc.
The legal organization number for the company.
Number of employees
Used for statistics and billing.
The default channel for the organization. This should be set to the channel your company uses the most. If you for example choose to send a Zelo via Slack, and some of the recipients does not support Slack, the preferred organization channel could be used instead.
Stats for organization
The four circles show some basic statistics about:
- How many recipients the account has
- How many emails have been made
- How many admin users the account have
- How many messages have been sent
