Introduction to working with messages

This is a short introduction to the "All Messages" page, navigation, and folders.

Navigating between messages

“All Messages” is what it sounds like. It contains all the messages you’ve created in your account.

To the left, we have a simple navigation bar where you can access different folders. The folders are created when you move a message to a new folders, through clicking the settings (gear) icon highlighted in the image below. The same section will let you duplicate or archive the message. To the upper right we have a button for creating new messages.

On top of the list, you can see the recently modified messages. These might be the ones you are working on or have recently sent out. You get a quick overview of the title, which categories the message is associated with, the status of it, and some basic analytics if it is sent. You can also preview its content by clicking the eye icon.

Via the small settings icon to the far right side of a message, you can access the folders, duplication and archive functions.

Creating a new folder:

Type the name of the folder in the text field. If you have a long list of folders the text field also works as a filter function. Click the "Create new" button and "add" to create the folder.

Moving a Zelo to an existing folder:

To move a Zelo to an existing folder, simply click the folder name to check it and close the menu.

Remember: You can search by name or sort the columns to easily find the Zelos you are looking for.
