When adding more than a few recipients it might be more convenient to import them from a file. Here is how Zelo's import functionality works.
You can import a list of recipients, including their email, phone and attributes. The list can be either a xlsx-file or a CSV-file.
Attributes varies in different accounts. The import function will match the table headers after the "title" column to attributes in your account. This means that if your account is set up with "Role" and "Location" attributes, you can include these as separate columns after the "title" column.

Be aware of duplicates. If there are duplicates in the list, or some of the users in the list already exist in Zelo, the import will not be successful. Duplicates are checked by email addresses.
