This is a quick overview of the Demographics page on the dashboard.
The demographics tab tells us about our audience. Where are people opening the messages? Which email providers do they use? Which language do they speak?
These are questions you’ll get answered on this page. You can also look at the global data via the upper right dropdown.
Location shows a map. Every time a recipient opens a message the location shows up on the map. Over time you’ll see where the largest groups appear on the map.
Note that the location data is pulled from IP-addresses. There might be inconsistencies, especially over mobile data.
To protect the privacy of all users of Zelo, the granularity is kept low, e.g. it should not make the various users identifiable.
E-mail suffix gives a overview of which email providers the audience uses. The data is sortable based on operating system. Note that E-mail providers only show registered firms, custom domains created by individual users will not be listed here. This by design, to adhere to Zelos stand on privacy.
Language shows which languages are detected in the audience. Useful to use this information to tailor the language of the messages you send out.
